Conversion steps

  1. Pick the converter you need, such as PDF to Word.
  2. Drop your file into the upload area, or click to browse.
  3. Give PrimePDF a moment to process the file.
  4. Save the converted file, or share it by email or link.

Working with scanned PDFs

Scanned PDFs store pages as images, so converters cannot read the text directly. Start with Scan to Text to extract the text, then convert or clean up the result in Edit PDF.

Tips for better results

  • Complex layouts (wide tables, multiple columns, custom fonts) may shift slightly. Review the output before sending it on.
  • Found a typo after converting to PDF? Use Edit PDF to fix it quickly instead of converting again from scratch.
  • Every converter follows the same upload-and-download pattern. Only the output format changes.
